Performed by a trained specialist, Pre Natal Massage can be used to reduce pregnancy discomfort and concerns, and enhance the well-being of both the mother and the fetus, prior to the birth of the baby. Following the birth, Post Natal Massage can be a good way to rebalance the structure, physiology, and emotions of the new mother, which will help her to bond with, and care for, her new baby.
